Now Set Your Company’s Signature Tune as BSNL CRBT

Thursday, February 24th, 2011

In a very first initiative of its kind, India’s largest telecommunication company BSNL has decided to allow corporate/NGO/Trusts etc to register their signature tune as BSNL Ring back tone.

Now any organization be it Corporate/Non Corporate/NGO/Association /Trust etc can register its music / tune or theme song for being downloaded as Ring back tone .

The organization has to take all the responsibility regarding owning IPR rights for music and has to pay charges of Rs. 5000/- and submit an affidavit .

The organization needs to give a list of atleast 100 subscribers initially who are ready to download that Ring Back tone. After that others can download that by normal SMS method.

The registration charges of Rs. 5000 can be waived off by circle head in case of big organizations because the motive of this scheme is to improve stickiness of BSNL. As per the PSU sources, this scheme is very first of its kind in India and no other telecom company has offered this.
